Definitely ending the month on a high note and it feels pretty darn awesome.

Short sweet February

Gone in the blink of an eye, just like Franklin’s fly pie, a reference probably lost on many. But still a good reflection of what the heck happened to the 28 days of February.

“Look, Mommy, the moon is half grown,” stated a clean but tired 4 year old. We were walking back from the camp bathroom. It was, I recall, a stellar camping weekend with friends. I’m unsure what lake we were at or what we ate but I remember her warm small hand in mine as we walked back.

Slaying the dragon…not

I’m definitely feeling like a fairie that’s lost its magic. Not much dragon slaying happening. Of course, I’m not sure fairies slay dragons, but perhaps you catch my drift.

Making Due

Post vacation first day home involved 4 loads of laundry, 3 levels vacumed, 2 bathrooms cleaned, 1 fridge and the pantry sorted, organized and cleaned. which led us to making due and using up.
