Somber #SilentSunday

Somber thoughts for

between the crosses

row on row

Those who fought and still fight.

Those who fought and died.

Those who lived and buried others.

Those who provided care for the wounded.

Those who gathered to mourn them.

For those who remember them.

I have had a love of the written word for my entire life. It's no surprise that eventually I found a platform where I could write. It's random; sometimes funny, occasionally sad, maybe even at times from anger and I lean towards creative photography and hands on crafts. I have a few blogs that high light these interests.

    1. Donna. There were only 2 facts that I wasn’t aware of but now I want to see a real poppy in a colour other than red! Thanks for reading and responding. Take care. Bernie

    1. Thanks Aiva. I feel that so many people just view Remembrance Day as a day off and so I try to share info about various aspects of those wars and the ongoing ones around the world. Thanks for reading.
