Refueling

Today’s advent activity started early this am, although not on purpose.

I was up hours before the sun even thought about hitting the horizon. By the time it crested the horizon and zipped into today’s snowy clouds, I had managed to make chicken curry lentil soup, carrot muffins, saskatoon muffins and Jack Frost cookies. Not too shabby for 3 hours of activity.

While today’s activity was designed to replenish my containers to enjoy over the season that’s not what I did with it. I literally filled empty containers, packed it up into bags and gave it away to a couple of friends that needed some TLC at this time. Gifts straight from the heart but without the hug.

I have had a love of the written word for my entire life. It's no surprise that eventually I found a platform where I could write. It's random; sometimes funny, occasionally sad, maybe even at times from anger and I lean towards creative photography and hands on crafts. I have a few blogs that high light these interests.
