Ah. How sweet! I love a good Janice hug and I’ve never said no to a cookie and that’s the issue isn’t it? Not much self will when it comes to food and exercise. Time to rebalance for sure.

Oh and in my heart I think I am a C-. I have lost a lot of strength since retiring from my very physical job. I need to regain that. Cardio wise I am for sure a C.

Yeah he’s a pretty black and white guy plus he really strongly believes that weights are the biggest key to aging well.
I believe it’s a combination of things but other than walking in nature I’m not doing anything at all so it’s good that he also gave me a kick in the butt.

Try enough. I think I’d get an Fantastic F for my Nan life and for my creative life but the assessment of my physical activity is definitely a D- and only I can change that.
