So the new year is like a blank canvas and one can fill it up however they chose to do. I suppose it goes without saying that you still have to do laundry, dishes, cook, clean and all the other basics of being an adult. Add to that work or school which seems to fill up a few hours in a week and then it seems like what we chose to do is narrowed down to a lot less hours. Balancing all of those items can leave you feeling tired and stressed so it is important to fill up those free hours with activities that rejuvenate your mind and body. Exercise is a great way to reduce the stress in your mind and keep your body fit. Filling up additional hours being creative makes the time more enjoyable and for me helps use the other side of my brain.
